Jeffrey Greenberg, Managing Editor

Mr. Jeffrey Greenberg’s lifetime work has focused on helping individual investors become independently wealthy.He has launched and developed some of the most well-known publications in the investment newsletter world, including publications for Louis Rukeyser, Forbes, Bottom/Line, Wyatt Investment Research, John Wiley & Sons, Inc., The Leeb Group, John Mauldin’s Mauldin’s Economics and many other investment newsletter publications since 1981.

Jeffrey holds a B.A. in Communications from Queens College, CUNY and a M.B.A. from St. John’s University.

David N. Frazier

David Frazier has an extensive background in the investment securities industry and has invested in the financial markets for more than 25 years.

In addition to working as a business analyst, merchant banking analyst and equity research analyst, he’s worked in sales and marketing at institutional investment firms, including William O’Neil & Co. (the publisher of Investor’s Business Daily), TDAmeritrade and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

He’s also operated his own investment consulting firm, where he provided research and analytical services to Dan Sullivan’s The Chartist, Leeb Capital Group’s The Complete Investor, and The Flex-funds family of mutual funds.

David now serves as the President and Chief Market Strategist of Frazier & Mayer Research, LLC (dba www.InvestorsMonitor.com), an independent investment research and newsletter advisory firm that he founded during July 2011.

In addition to the services provided at its Internet web site, Frazier & Mayer Research offers research and analytical services to hedge funds and independent investment advisors.

David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics, and he’s taken numerous post-graduate courses in Finance and Accounting at Harvard University and the University of California at Los Angeles. In addition, he’s passed the FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 65 (Investment Adviser) exams.

David lives in Jupiter, Florida with his wonderful wife and daughter, Yumiko and Christina. He enjoys baseball, boxing and tennis, and he practices Shaolin Kempo Karate.

Steven Fishman, Editor

Mr. Steven Fishman has significant entrepreneurial, publishing and compliance experience. Over the past 18+ years, Steven has provided visionary leadership. Shazir Mucklai, Contributing Editor

Shazir started out writing for Seeking Alpha about two years ago, since then he has transitioned over to The Motley Fool and is currently writing for Benzinga and The Street. Shazir specializes in options, IPO’s, derivatives, and Greek analysis. Shazir has worked with many different start-ups and continues to do so.

Vadim Zeltser, Editor

Vadim Zeltser’s experience runs the gamut of financial services from private asset raises to managing an international book of clients including United Kingdom, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada. He started his career working for some of the largest wire houses in the country which included, Shearson Lehman, Bear Sterns, Paine Webber and Lehman Brothers and rose through the ranks from cold caller to a licensed Series 24 securities principal and supervisor. During his tenure on Wall St., Vadim’s proven techniques were instrumental in molding his team into some of the top producers in the industry.

He has been instrumental in consulting companies in multiple industries, ranging from Fortune 500 companies like Disney Publishing to smaller operations focusing on business funding.

Throughout his 20+ year carrier Vadim has demonstrated a talent for building trust and strong relationships with top company management as well as individual investors, while always focusing on the most important aspect - results.

Vadim holds a B.A. in Finance and Investments from Bernard M. Baruch College, CUNY.
